What is the role?

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Alexandria, NSW.

We have two Night Shift opportunities available:

1 x Full-Time Night Shift

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

1 x Part-Time Night Shift (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

• Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians where required, and ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can remain calm and professional when handling urgent enquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, dispatch, administration or service coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• A positive, customer-focused approach
• Availability to work the advertised night shift roster
