About the role:

We are seeking a Service Sales Consultant to lead and grow our Service sales portfolio in Victoria.

Aligned to Schindler’s Service Sales framework, this role is responsible for managing a portfolio of service contracts while driving new business acquisition, contract recovery, and long-term customer retention.

You will take full ownership of the sales lifecycle, from pipeline development and tendering through to negotiation and contract execution, while maintaining deep market knowledge and ensuring alignment with Schindler’s operational and quality systems.

The Package:

  • OTE $170k upwards (on target earnings) 
  • Up to $100k base + 12% Super + Comms
  • Vehicle allowance $17,000

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and grow a service contract portfolio, achieving revenue and retention targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and position Schindler as the preferred provider
  • Drive new business through market insight, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Lead tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations end-to-end
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence
  • Ensure compliance with Schindler systems, contracts, and safety standards

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role
  • 5 years’ experience in service sales, ideally within lifts, construction, or technical services
  • Proven ability to manage portfolios and deliver against revenue and recovery targets
  • Strong understanding of contract law, tendering processes, and commercial negotiations
  • Working knowledge of solution sales, service delivery models, and industry standards
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capability
  • Leadership mindset, with the ability to mentor and guide others
